Pilates at Flow Physio focuses on training your core and body alignment in the way it is required in everyday life. This is called functional training, a more relevant way of training the core. It’s more than general abdominal exercises. Rather Pilates at Flow Physio will train not only the abdominal muscles, but will also train the deeper muscles around your trunk in synergy to stabilise your back, pelvis, and hips. You will learn to move safely and more efficiently.
