Hi! I’m Josh, Physio is my passion and gives me the opportunity to help people get the best out of themselves.

Here’s a little more about me:

I am lucky enough to live in Balmain. Originally from Newcastle, I enjoy all sports and have played many but fell in love with cricket at a young age; but now play AFL at a good amateur level despite my advancing years.
I moved to Perth and graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise & Sports Science) and in 2012 completed a Master of Physiotherapy at Curtin University.  I have worked in private practices and sports clinics in Sydney and Perth.

I have worked in multidisciplinary sports medicine teams providing physiotherapy to elite and amateur athletes, as well as to the general community.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling, playing sport, spending time with friends and family young family.

My special sports interests include: People from all walks of life, working with athletes from a variety of sports including AFL, rugby union, rugby league, soccer, cricket, netball, and e-sports.

At a community level I’ve worked with children and the elderly population.

I tend to specialise in the treatment of injuries of the knee, tendon pain in both upper and lower limb, spinal pain (neck and back), shoulder problems and nerve pain . My sporting background has lead to clinical interest in rehabilitation of injuries in the athletic population.

Michelle Bowman

Hi! I’m Michelle and I love getting people back to what they love, fast!

Here’s a little more about me:

I graduated as a Physiotherapist in 2011 in Scotland and later completed my Master’s degree specialising within the musculoskeletal domain.

I moved to Australia in 2015 in pursuit of the sunshine! I have a passion for helping people and advocate movement and exercise as a cornerstone to well-being. I adopt a ‘whole body approach’ when assessing and diagnosing the reason for your pain or problem. You can expect a thorough and pragmatic assessment linking to a tailored treatment plan ensuring you get back on track, fast.

My client’s can expect specialist ‘hands on’ manual therapy followed by tailored exercises carefully prescribed to ensure those changes stick. I am trained in musculoskeletal dry needling and enjoy using this as an adjunct with many of my clientele. Furthermore no one will leave the clinic without
one or two specific rehab drills that are consistently reviewed and  progressed.

Building resilience is key to a happy body and I am committed to ensuring my clients are discharged stronger and more robust to prohibit reoccurrence.

I treat all musculoskeletal pain from neck-related headaches and jaw pain to bunions and everything in between. I have a special interest in spinal, low back, hip and pelvic pain. I am trained to work with ladies expecting or having just delivered a baby – who may be experiencing pregnancy related
musculoskeletal pain e.g. PGP, SPD etc. I have had the pleasure of working with elite athletes inclusive of Australian representatives in Boxing and Waterpolo as well as club level rugby, hockey and athletics.

In another decade I represented my country at ski racing and so love the winter season helping everyone get ready for the snow. I myself enjoy practicing yoga, running and recently discovered CrossFit. I am trained in equipment Pilates and you will find me running semi-private clinical rehab classes within the clinic.

Hi! I’m June! I believe in bringing a personal touch to people’s Pilates programs!

Here’s a little more about me:

June Jones has been one of the leading figures in the fitness industry in its evolution from basic physical fitness to an emphasis on holistic mental and physical well-being.

From its inception she served as lead instructor in the longest running health and fitness television show Aerobics Oz Style. During her career June has been a choreographer, fitness consultant to corporations and co-owner and director of one of Sydney’s leading fitness centres.

Since 1993 June has expanded her expertise into the disciplines of Yoga and Pilates. She is a long-term student and practitioner of the Yoga disciplines and Pilates fitness regimes.

Gabrielle Stafford

Hi! I’m Gabrielle! It takes a village to raise a child and a family. Becoming a parent is one of life’s biggest transitions and often one where it is not spoken about .

Here’s a little more about me:

Gabrielle is a mother, wife, friend ,avid meditator, birthnerd, beach lover, West Australian and has a cavoodle named Billie.

Gabrielle has been working with children and families for the past ten years in a variety of different settings such as schools, juvenile detentions, refugee government programs, community programs and more recently in the birthing world.

Gabrielle passionate about working with children and families through a variety of different mediums.

Gabrielle is the happiest when she is with her family in the outdoors. She is here to assist you to discover your own strengths and to help you be who you really are.

One in three of us will suffer with mental health issues at one point in our lives.

We are now more isolated from our families and friends than ever before.
